Bell Bank’s free mobile banking app is a convenient and secure tool designed for Personal and Business banking customers to manage finances from anywhere using a mobile device. The app is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, accessible with your existing online banking username and password. Users may enroll for access to the Personal platform by clicking Sign up now from the login screen and following the prompts.

MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNTS
- Monitor account balances
- View recent transactions, include images of cleared checks and deposits
- Retrieve periodic statements

TRANSFER FUNDS
- Transfer money between accounts at Bell
- Schedule future-dated or recurring transfers

PAY BILLS
- Schedule payments and pay bills using Bill Pay
- Pay existing billers or set up new billers
- Set up eBills or bill reminders
- Make payments to your loan, line, or mortgage

POPMONEY
- Send money for free to someone you owe or know by using their email address or mobile phone number
- The person you are sending money to will accept the funds using PopMoney services

DEPOSIT CHECKS
- Deposit checks by snapping a picture of each check
- View deposit history in the app

FIND LOCATIONS
- Find a nearby Bell Bank branch location or ATM

Everything in a touch of a button!

Dashboard to interface, this makes online banking simple. I’m able to manage our main accounts and our kids accounts all on one dashboard. Our kids have their first active accounts and are able to manage their own checking and savings accounts with a quick touch. Couple this app with the unbelievable Bell Bank service and I have everything I need in a banking relationship.

Decent but could be improved

The app does its job and updates account balances. It’d be great to see it update automatically after a transaction - like the current balance immediately following a debit card transaction, but it often takes a day or three to show. I also really wish they had an option to label what the transaction is. Whether it be adding a tag or changing the name of the transaction. It’d make it so much easier for me to complete my budget at the end of the month when I don’t always remember what/why I spent certain places.
So - I love Bell bank and their app works but it’s nothing crazy special for a banking app.

Also - the past month or so I haven’t been able to access my accounts via the app because it closes and shows an error message. It tells me to try again later. It started working again for a week but is now back to the same error message. It stinks!

Bell Bank Mobile

I was with another, much larger, bank before switching to Bell. While it has size and scope, it hasn’t the capacity to connect with customers, resolve issues, and frankly left me aghast, with its desperate attempts to restore its relationship with the US consumer that despite Bell’s seemingly slower, simpler processes, I know where my account stands. I wish real time balances were more real-time. But all in all, I’m pleased. It’s all a pattern issue. Being with that other institution for so long, I helped them build and shape their online and mobile platforms. I’m sure after some time, I will be a swift navigator of Bell’s mobile app, Bill Pay, and other online banking services that I won’t notice a difference.
