This app is amazing! It allows you to create your own workouts where you can set a rest timer, how many reps/sets you’ll complete, how much weight you’re lifting, it even lets you tag the gym you’re using and people you went with! at the end of your workout, you can see how much weight you lifted and even get a guesstimate of how many calories were burned! Best app!! I have always searched for an app like this! I highly suggest joining Des and Emily on their challenges/programs with this app so you can have it (and mainly to see the changes these amazing people can help you make with your health) It made things so much easier to understand and fun to use. (Also while you’re reading this, go buy Des nutritional guide! TOTALLY WORTH EVERY CENT.)

5 stars is no where near enough stars for how much I love this app. Everything about it is super user friendly. The fact that you can build your own workouts is amazing and each and every single move has its own video. Gone are the days are feeling like a noob in the gym (or even at home)! Des really hit it out of the park with this. I look forward to my workouts more than ever. The fact that I can see the total weight for my entire workout I lifted gives me so much motivation. I love comparing my most recent workout to workouts form weeks past and seeing how much more I lifted. If you don’t give this app a try you are missing out. I’ll be using it for life!
Ah where do I start?! This app is by far the greatest app I’ve come across! To start, it is easy to use, easy to navigate, and has a ton of resources within! You can buy DesB’s programs for workout routines or you can search the database and create your own workout! It also tracks your reps, weight, and even has a timer for rest periods!! On top of the workouts and features for each day, there is a full month calendar that you can plan ahead or simply look day to day! Another feature that I love is you can pair the app with MFP (or other tracking apps) to ensure day to day goals are met!
I would 100% recommend this app for anyone who needs that extra structure, like myself! ❤️
