The other reviews that say this company is unethical and a scam are correct. I had used this app for years. They tell you to hit the icon to get more free space. Over the years I did this and earned over 50 gig. I got a new iPhone and transferred my account to the new phone. One day my account disappeared. I contacted support and said I hadn’t used my account so they wiped it out. This was a lie. I continued to use it and accumulated 70 gig until they wiped out my account. Then they lied and said the account was inactive and to take a walk. There was no notification. They never took responsibility for their mistake or worked to correct their mistake. AVOID THIS COMPANY, they have no ethics! They will screw you!

Zoolz is a scam. they purchase cloud storage from another company and then resell the storage to you. they sold lots of lifetime cloud back up, and then reneged on the lifetime deal, with constant subscription cancellations and pay for upgrade annoyances. like other companies in the past they need to keep selling more in order to pay the other company for the storage. when they stop making enough profit they will just disappear along with all of your back ups just like other companies have done in the past.

Settings --> Connect Online Services :Facebook, Box, Dropbox listed, but not my existing Zoolz account. What the...? And I can't login/register for Intelli Zoolz with Zoolz credentials. And as much functionality as Zoolz Viewer = not much at all. Why did I sign up for this? I cant even upload photo roll pics to Zoolz with either app. There's a big hole of nonfunctionality in Zoolz.

Don’t know what the complaints are about in some of these reviews. The app works perfectly for me, does exactly what it’s supposed to. Maybe the recent bug fix update makes a difference? A really nice complement to the Zoolz Intelligent product.
