Pretty good

A much needed improvement from the previous app

Broken stands

The app is fine but half the time it shows an open spot, that spot is broken and can’t return a bike. Missed several classes because of this, thinking there was a spot available nearby but ended up having to bike another 10 minutes and walk 20 back. By then class was mostly over. Need to get the infrastructure and network working. Would have taken an Uber if I knew there were no spots nearby.

No support

I rode about twice as far as I needed and spent twice as much as I should have looking for a functional bike return. There is no number to call or way to end a ride when their equipment fails. I have used the bikes twice with the same problem both times.
