La nueva y oficial aplicación de ECOBICI, el sistema de bicicletas públicas de la Ciudad de México.
La renovación de ECOBICI ha comenzado, ahora todos tus viajes podrán ser realizados con las más de 9 mil bicicletas y 687 estaciones de última tecnología.
Planea, desbloquea y viaja. Desde la aplicación de ECOBICI puedes:
- Seleccionar un plan, o migrar tu cuenta activa
- Ubicar las estaciones más cercanas a ti, y visualizar en tiempo real su disponibilidad
- Liberar tu bicicleta de manera sencilla, en el mismo puerto y sin esfuerzo
- Disfrutar de viajes ilimitados de 45 minutos
- Recibir notificaciones con cada anclaje exitoso
- Consultar el histórico de tus viajes
- Vincular tu tarjeta de Movilidad Integrada fácilmente
ECOBICI se conecta con la app Salud y envía la duración de los viajes para que todo lo que pedalees cuente para tus objetivos de salud.
ECOBICI es ideal para viajes cortos y para comunicarte con otros medios de transporte. Consulta las ciclovías en el mapa y muévete de manera divertida y fácil.

Most of the time it works (not great!)
It works like 95 percent of the time. When it doesn’t, it’s a huge pain. Hard to rely on this as an alternative transportation system to cars/transit when it can cost you time/money if you’re trying to get somewhere on time and docks won’t unlock bikes or tell you you’re over the limit of uses (??) when you have an annual membership.
Great app & access; coverage/availability increasing
This version of the bikes is different than the last, but it’s far easier to access. You can use the app or link your metro card. It’s been out like a month and they’ve added a ton of stations in that time.
The reviews that say there are no stations were written right when they launched the transition, I’d guess they’ve already doubled the stations since then.
ECOBICI is awesome!
Really enjoyed using this app while in CDMX! It was a great way to get around and see the city thanks to the addition of so many amazing bike lanes. The app could use some additional improvements with in-app navigation on bike lanes. It was most effective to use Google Maps or Apple Maps instead of the app to navigate thanks to their play by play directions. Would definitely recommend this app and trying the service.
