Great invoice app
I use this app for my invoices and it works very well. The customer service on my chat is also great. One thing I think would improve using this app is if I can see the status if my invoice was “sent, approved and paid” by my clients. I cannot see that unless I go onto their official website through my Internet browser which shows this feature above my invoices. This would be the only feature that would reassure my invoices were sent successfully on both ends through their system. Other than that this is a great app!

Great adjunct to he web app
I use it for doing approvals mostly. Very easy, intuitive and efficient interface. One minor complaint is that I find the mechanism for showing that an invoice has comments to be too subtle, I frequently don’t notice that there are comments. But eventually got used to that, not a big enough issue to deduct a star...
Impossible to contact
Extremely difficult to get customer service. No known phone numbers to get through. Rarely reply to emails. Would be a good app if they could solve this. Happy to change my review if they found a way to make a less frustrating product
