Latest update worst than ever!
Unbelievable how the app developers keep essentially trolling us to believe they are fixing bugs and listening to us users feedback when each successive update is moderately to substantially worse than the previous rendition. It’s just unacceptable and really a sad mark in today’s reality. I am a die hard believer in these purifiers and that they work, and work better then 98% of the competition (iqair might be better, but no wifi), but this greatness is sad to say starting to be overshadowed by gross negligence from the company and their incompetence for seemingly being equipped with the right skilled personnel or with the right personnel in charge, directing their programmers with a clear, concise, and visionary type approach that truly has a vision to see this app be what it once was, and actually go beyond and be better than that. The original app that was for blueair purifiers about 2-3 years ago far exceeds any attempt made today. Today’s app is just eerily mirroring the state of the United States and its massive and fundamental decline. Blueair and the USA are one with the corrupt and liars of this world.
App completely stopped working
Ever since their release of HealthProtect, the app has entirely stopped working. We have ~15 BlueAir devices around our offices, including HealthProtect. All devices now constantly show as offline, but we have two HealthProtects that show online conveniently. However, if you try to make any changes to one of them via the app, it doesn’t go through and reverts about an hour later on the app.
I’ve tried emailing support through their preferred channels on the website and even Facebook with no response. I’m incredibly frustrated because we rely on the apps to let us know when it’s time to change the filters. I’m giving this one star for the time being since it doesn’t work at all.

Each App Updates Causes More Headaches
The previous version up through last week worked OK with some occasional off-line or system dropouts. The latest update yesterday meant, yet again, I had to delete my Blueair units, reboot them and then add them through a 15 minute process...yet again. I also had to reset the locations of the units as, once again, the app assumes I’ve set these up in our neighbor’s house. It’s time for some better pre-release of app testing. One thing that does seem to be improved is the VOC’s level monitoring. Previously, the App indicated all of our units were sensing sky high levels of VOC’s most all the time, which I verified was incorrect. Now, this only happens when we burn candles at evening dinner time.
