Does your favourite yoga studio, personal trainer or music schools (etc.) run their business with Bobclass? If that is the case, then you can use this app to self-book classes or appointments, purchase packages and products and read notes about your progress. Once you have you entered your phone number and email address, the app will retrieve your upcoming bookings and active packages from the studio you are associated with. Make sure to use the same mobile phone number as you gave them, so the system knows it's you. If you're not matched, then double check with your studio/gym/trainer/teacher. Studio owners: Share this app with your clients and let them connect to you so they can manage bookings and payments themselves. You can also write progress notes in your own Bobclass app and make them visible to your clients/students. If you do not use the studio app yet, you can download it from the Apple App Store (search "Bobclass"). Great app when it works

It’s a great app when it works. The problem is it frequently jams up, at least on the IPhone. Once it does, it takes 10 minutes or so to get to the booking screen if you are lucky. They really need to get the bugs out!

App stops working

I was working great for a while then suddenly stops working. I was logged out of my account. When you reach out to customer support via email, they say they can’t help unless i pay for a monthly subscription. I have bought the app when it was $50 when it first came out before it was free. This is very unprofessional. I have lost all client information and they refuse to help me get back into my account. I’m a small business and now going to lose thousands this month losing all my client list. I don’t think anyone should have to go through this. Not worth it.

Hi Jamil, first of all, this is the Self Service App, and not the app that you are referring to. You have never used the Self Service App as it is for paying customers only, which you are not.Second, and this is the same reply to the review you wrote for the other app, I do not think it is fair to blame us for losing your data. In 2020 all accounts were migrated to a new cloud and you have been reminded at least three times to take action. Essentially, you have been using the old cloud for the last 3 years. And we never said we can't help "unless...", we just urged you to subscribe to prevent this from happening again in the future. It was technically simply not possible to recover your data, as it ran on a deprecated database. We would have helped you (even without being a paying customer) if we could, trust me. Running a business on local storage only without customer support (which is for paying customers only, just like in any other business) is a business risk that we do not recommend. If you like to reengage with us, then the door is open and we're happy to help you set things up properly.
