Boiling Point App 4+

I am giving it a 3 because the way to accumulate points is still very clunky. I was told to write down my membership number in the receipt. I think it would be much easier if there is a way for us to simply scan a barcode to accumulate points. Or maybe have us pay thru the app. Writing down membership number and rely on human to type it into the system is a very bad design.

I have been enjoying BP for years and I registered for this App with my FB account to accumulate points way before the pandemic. I was excited to find out recently that I can order directly within this app for pickup orders ( they don’t answer the phone in the restaurant). So I signed in with the app, place a pick up order with the app for the first time. And it asked me to either pay as a guest or register again. No log in option with FB account. I don’t understand how can I be asked to log in/register to order after I have logged in with the app already. And of course this means I did not get any accumulating points for my order. It then asked me to rate the app. Yep, this is my rating. Frustrating, confusing, lost points, and one-star

I have not had better soup in all of greater Seattle. And for me, that’s saying a lot. I have eaten here almost every day in the last two weeks. Because I just can’t get enough of it. I’ve tried every item on the menu. And have found a passion for the lamb. Truly exquisite cuisine. Hands-down. The best.
