You can arranged pickup time to the time you want, but it doesn’t mean the store will have it ready for you at the set time. Happened 4-5 time for me already where this is late. One time particularly frustrating is when I came in at the set pickup time, San Jose Capitol/Berryessa my drink (ordered 1) is not ready, waited an additional 25 minutes for it to get done while I noticed a person that walked in 10 min after I arrived, ordered at the store and got her drink 1-2 min before me!! Sorry for the wait doesn’t cut it, something is messed up with this delivery system. They maybe having two queues going and the online queue was just slower then the other one. But come on app should integrate with the store and get things working together.

Sometimes extremely easy to use and other times I can’t order at all! I always get their wellness drinks with stevia. And when the app isn’t working, I can’t choose level of stevia sweetness! I’ve seen the option before so I know it exists but I’ve encountered times when it’s just not there. And when I try to add the drink without the selection to cart, it errors out and says “please make a selection for stevia”. Uhhhh I would if I could but the button isn’t there! Love tastea but so frustrating when you can’t order from the app because of this issue.

This app needs some working on. I have attempted to place an order through the app in different locations and with different pick up times and it NEVER WORKS!!! THE WORST part is going inside to place an order instead but the location telling you if you can’t place an order through the app, then you can’t get a drink. I do like the fact that the menu is easy to navigate and seems pretty easy enough to place order.
