So disappointing
Ever since BOJH was taken over by an out of town corp, things have been disappointing. I had used the old app for years with no problems, now it is nothing but problems. I essentially have no access to my accounts via this app. I don’t even understand how they could get it so wrong.

Went really easy for myself, read the paperwork before hand and went smooth
Not as good as old app
Slow. Not user friendly. Not formatted for mobile devices. Everything doesn’t fit on the screen so you have to slide around to see different parts of the page. So for this merger with NBH has not served customers well.
