Treat you like royalty

Everything about this place is perfection. This is what it must feel like to be rich. The staff was incredibly supportive and accommodating. They immediately learned my name and greeted me everytime I came and went. They were interested in making sure my trip to Cambodia was memorable and took care of every detail without being intrusive. They were helpful without being pushy. Lina, the manager, spent an enormous amount of time making sure I had wifi on my phone and never made it feel like the inconvenience it was. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautiful.
Mr. Kim took care of every detail and followed up to make sure I was satisfied.
As a solo traveler I felt completely safe and comfortable and loved the convenient location of this hotel.
My only complaint was the noise from the market two blocks away, but the bed was so comfortable I didn’t have any problems falling asleep. Also, they provided ear plugs i didn’t need.
The food and drinks were also surprisingly delicious and affordable. Staying in this hotel was my favorite part of a three country trip.

They Will Not Help You If You’re Wronged

I had tried this app for awhile but it’s not worth it for my lifestyle. It travel very often and sometimes suddenly. If I book a stay and have to leave earlier hotels often are not willing to issue refunds and Booking won’t do anything to assist except call on your behalf to ask.

I booked a stay in Virginia, my flight got delayed and I was stuck in a different state for 2 days outside of my control. I contacted the hotel and was told everything would be fine. 2 days later they still cancelled my reservation and listed me as a no-show. I argued with both the hotel and Booking because Booming had told me they contacted the hotel and WAS able to have the dates of my stay changed, this was apparently A COMPLETE LIE! My $600 reservation was taken and even after Booking informed me to just dispute the charge with my bank they went back weeks later and had my bank reverse the charges again. No one at Booking is going to be held liable for lying to me, the hotel staff in Virginia is an absolute slime ball with policies that shouldn’t even be advertised on Booking’s site and I’m out $600 with no form of reconciliation between either of these parties. Destined to fail assuredly!!!

If your plans have any likelihood of changing I’d highly recommend you skip booking through this. Customer service isn’t even based in the same country as me so why would they care about what American values in business should look like.

My app is not secure

I had the same woman kick me out of a hotel in Conway and Branson because I reported a glitch in the app. I am not sure why the hotel owner would be upset about that since I was being honest and was actually saving him money. But that woman stole the money I had on a prepaid card that I had to go get after she alleged my debit card and Cash App did not work even though my bank clearly shows that I paid. I contacted Booking for a refund and heard nothing back. I am a Beta Tester, so I was doing exactly as I am supposed to do, but I am not sure how that woman knew I reported a glitch unless she had access to the app itself or was able to get access using fake WiFi. The night clerk had her son in the lobby playing Roblox. She was the one who told me my card didn’t work and insisted I go get a $100 preps card. Now I am sure that she didn’t use my money for herself, right? But I am really confused why a hotel owner would kick me out when I reported a glitch on how people can use the app to steal nights without paying. And since the two hotels I stayed at are not connected in any way, I don’t understand why they would have the same woman kick me out five hours down the road. Booking has yet to respond to my complaint. But I had a 105 fever and the flu and had to drive myself home after my bank card was locked and numerous hotel rooms were charged.
