Treat you like royalty

Everything about this place is perfection. This is what it must feel like to be rich. The staff was incredibly supportive and accommodating. They immediately learned my name and greeted me everytime I came and went. They were interested in making sure my trip to Cambodia was memorable and took care of every detail without being intrusive. They were helpful without being pushy. Lina, the manager, spent an enormous amount of time making sure I had wifi on my phone and never made it feel like the inconvenience it was. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautiful.
Mr. Kim took care of every detail and followed up to make sure I was satisfied.
As a solo traveler I felt completely safe and comfortable and loved the convenient location of this hotel.
My only complaint was the noise from the market two blocks away, but the bed was so comfortable I didn’t have any problems falling asleep. Also, they provided ear plugs i didn’t need.
The food and drinks were also surprisingly delicious and affordable. Staying in this hotel was my favorite part of a three country trip.

Customer Service is trash and they charge insane fees!

I booked a trip to Kentucky and I paid $175 for my room. I got there the hotel had no running hot water due to storm and I was not informed before hand nor my my arrival. Then there was a security issue with the hotel with them just giving out room keys! I spoke with the front desk clerk who said I had to go through booking for a refund. Contacted booking and it took them days to respond back to be then when they did they said they couldn’t help me, then said they were unable to contact the property. So after a week I contacted the property myself and spoke to a manager who had no problem issuing a refund and that they were never contacted by booking!!! I also received a $120 fee for international phone charges from booking! Weird because I never called their international line!! Come to find out when you can’t reach a US person they automatically transfer internationally without telling you!!! I told them I spoke with the hotel and they never said anything!! They just gave me a $33 refund on the house to use with them!! I will never book with these people again. Customer service is trash! The people who work here have no idea what they are doing. Everytime I spoke with someone they told me something different from the last person and they lie!! Use Priceline!!! Do not use booking!!! It’s been over a month and I still can’t contact these folks!!

Filthy rooms

We checked in and went to our room. They had just finished cleaning it and we noticed there weren’t any towels or washcloths. We went back out right away and asked the cleaning people for some. They said we had to go to the front desk and couldn’t have any off of their cart. So we did! The room was filthy. Sticky everywhere and crumbs and dirt behind the nightstand. The breakfast buffet didn’t have any big plates for waffles. They had labels on the ceiling for multiple items that were not there. One employee was doing the work of front desk and breakfast buffet. Krishna was doing an excellent job of trying to do multiple tasks. He said several employees had called in ! I told him I felt bad for him. Multiple people were complaining how dirty their rooms were ! One gentleman said the health department should shut the place down! Apparently it’s under new management. We even had a brownish red substance on the side of the bathtub that I don’t even want to know what it was. One lady complained about hair on the ceiling in the bathroom. Multiple people were complaining in the elevator and in the breakfast area!! I would not recommend staying here. Also at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon the cops were chasing someone through their parking lot and 9 other police cars showed up, it was a live episode of COPS right before our eyes. Glad our Uber arrived shortly after and we got out of there!!
