Riad Dar Hamid, the kindness of strangers

I am sure that many of the Riyad’s in Marrakesh have a great breakfast and a wonderful restaurant and exquisite surroundings, which of course the Riyadh Dar Hamid had… but you’ll probably never get this kind of over the top concern and solution that my host offered me.
I had one of the most extraordinary stays of my life, actually miraculous. I was separated from one of my musical instruments by accident when a taxi driver accidentally took off with my instrument in the backseat while I was trying to help the porters load my stuff into the human pulled cart at the Medina gate.
Amine, the gentleman at the front desk, who I got to know rather well over my stay assured me that the taxi driver who picked me up from the train station had no intention of stealing my bag and not knowing where to find me, he would returned to the local police. So that evening Amine took me on the back of his motorcycle through the Medina and out the gate of the Medina through a vegetable market and to some distant place about 10 minutes away. He asked a few questions of drivers here and there pulled up into the small police outpost, we open the door, and there was my bag.

Awesome Stay in Fort Lauderdale Florida

We had an awesome stay at the Best Western I-95. The hotel staff were all professional, always providing excellent customer service. When we check in, there was a problem with the pre-charges, which I paid before I arrived, showing a charge on my checking account, but not in their computer. Thanks to the General Mgr,Teji, who took care of the problem quickly the next day. The 3rd floor room that we were assigned had a broken refrigerator, and the TV had no cable signal. Naika, the front desk night clerk, quickly reassigned of to a better room on the 1st floor with no problems. The breakfast bar was excellent, and was kept fully stocked daily by Lina, the breakfast hostess. I would also like to recognize Mary, front desk day clerk for her smile, and great attitude in providing excellent customer service during our entire stay, truly they all work together as a team, providing customer service well beyond my expectations. This was my first time in Fort Lauderdale, and because of them , we will make this our hotel of choice every time we visit this great city in the future.

My app is not secure

I had the same woman kick me out of a hotel in Conway and Branson because I reported a glitch in the app. I am not sure why the hotel owner would be upset about that since I was being honest and was actually saving him money. But that woman stole the money I had on a prepaid card that I had to go get after she alleged my debit card and Cash App did not work even though my bank clearly shows that I paid. I contacted Booking for a refund and heard nothing back. I am a Beta Tester, so I was doing exactly as I am supposed to do, but I am not sure how that woman knew I reported a glitch unless she had access to the app itself or was able to get access using fake WiFi. The night clerk had her son in the lobby playing Roblox. She was the one who told me my card didn’t work and insisted I go get a $100 preps card. Now I am sure that she didn’t use my money for herself, right? But I am really confused why a hotel owner would kick me out when I reported a glitch on how people can use the app to steal nights without paying. And since the two hotels I stayed at are not connected in any way, I don’t understand why they would have the same woman kick me out five hours down the road. Booking has yet to respond to my complaint. But I had a 105 fever and the flu and had to drive myself home after my bank card was locked and numerous hotel rooms were charged.
