App Doesn’t Work—iPhone 12 Pro
Works with iPad Mini using iPadOS 14.6 but utterly fails on iPhone 12 Pro with iOS 14.6. Nothing but “Login fails” and request to email the logs. Did that three weeks ago and intermittently since then, with no improvement. UPDATE on 16 Jan. One more star because the iPhone login issue has been fixed. I have full access to the doorbell/camera. My complaint now is delayed response to people approaching the door. It appears to take ~3 seconds to detect movement even with a 35-40 foot clear approach to my front door I usually see only the backside of fast moving FedEx and UPS delivery persons. Radar appears to trigger at approximately 15 feet even though the detection zone is set to maximum.

Phone not connecting
I just receive the doorbell 360. Everything was working perfectly. It was easy to install however when it came to connecting with my phone it has not and I have an iPhone 11. I’ve tried this at least 20 time and I sent an email to customer service with no response so far. My daughter who has the same phone as I do got on with no problems which makes no sense. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. Will return the device if I don’t hear anything back real soon.
Not detecting all movements
I have a camera in my livingroom and also my bedroom (because like to keep taking my stuff when I’m not there) but it never picks up when they come in or rambling on my stuff. Only when they open the door and when they leave out. And I got it set for movements and it’s always a notification every 7 minutes of nothing. This really irritates me.
