Shabby design and implementation
If I had a choice between using this application and punching myself in the face, I would chose the latter. My employer force us to use this app for our day to day administration. It’s clunky, slow, and not user intuitive. The developers should spend a week out in the field trying to use this toy while trying to manage real work flow and customer interaction. Clearly app has not been thoroughly beta tested, and it shows in every frustrating minute you try to use it.
