Pending transactions
The only thing that is problematic is the process time for a transaction. I wish pending transactions would clear quicker, other than that; this is a wonderful credit union.
App Works For What I Need
The app gives me the info I need on my accounts and allows me to pay my credit card and loan directly from the app. I haven’t had any issues from it and the interface is clean and simple, not overly complicated, which is nice.
Service
Telco has been such a good bank for me. The employees there are so very helpful when it comes to answering questions or making changes with my account. I’m truly thankful to be a member of this credit union/bank.
