Breeze - App for real dates 17+

I’ve been so exhausted by the forever chats on other dating apps so this seemed like a nice change. My one issue is that you’re able to plan dates 2-3 weeks out, yet reschedule the day of without penalty. I think it would be better to limit the scheduling to one week and also rescheduling should only be done 48hrs in advance of the planned date. Of course, things happen but I’ve had changes happen the day of twice now and we agreed on these dates 2 weeks ago.

Hi! Thank you for your review. We do have a cancel policy in place that in the case that someone reschedules within 24 hours, that user does not get their token back. Moreover, we also have other measures in place to prevent cancellations. It might also happen that due to users' and our partners' availability, it might not be possible to schedule a date within a week. However, this feedback was very useful and we will see if there are other measures we create to prevent multiple date changes. Thank you again!

Considering this app is new, there’s WAY too many restrictions; i can’t message my match, UNLESS I PAY, I can’t give out my social when i cancel my date because it’s advised to talk through the app THAT WE HAVE TO PAY FOR, only getting certain amount of matches and having to wait until 7PM the next day to receive more, not being able to swipe and match with other people unless you confirm a date THAT HAS TO BE PAID FOR. I understand that this is a startup app but it wouldn’t hurt to be more flexible with the app to build more clientele, not drive them away. Have some options where in the groups, people are able to talk to one another. Or allowing 5 matches at a time and being able to converse BEFORE buying a token so that way the pair can confirm TOGETHER and INVEST at the same time. Or have a “ My Treat” feature or something. Spend less on influencer marketing and more on a simple train ad and more flexible features on the app to bring in and K E E P consumers.

We charge per date to ensure real commitment from both sides, so no ghosting, no flaking, and definitely no endless texting with someone you’ll never meet (we’ve all been there.....). You’re not just paying to date, but you’re supporting the whole experience: a thoughtfully developed app, a smart algorithm, zero ads, zero data-selling, and a platform where you only pay when it’s actually leading somewhere. Plus, we ditched subscriptions on purpose, because nobody needs another auto-renew to forget about. That said, your suggestions? Interesting. We will take them into account. I went on a good date from this app, and when everything works, it’s great. However, there are lots of bugs that come up when you need to reschedule (blank screens, black screen) or contact support (app freezing) that make it really difficult to use. These bugs aren’t just annoyances, they block the app from being functional. Support response time also is too slow, which means the app is basically unusable until you get a response (since they block you from taking action on potential matches until you’ve addressed todos with your current matches)

If these bugs were fixed, and/or customer service was more responsive, this app would be 4-5 stars for me
