Way too many redirections

I get redirected from web to app back to web back to app multiple times over. I can’t login with ease, it’s great that there’s an app but it does need some work.

I find myself getting frustrated with the app so, I just leave it for tomorrow or when I get to a computer I’ll log in from there. However, apps are supposed to be for ease and seamlessness. This app is far from that.

It has potential don’t get me wrong but in terms of user interface it’s a no go for me.

My nm personal experience so far

So I.try to not just write bad reviews, I try t ok k also make sure I aknowoldge the ones w Bk I have been good. So I am currently going through some serious financial issues, and most companies can put you through some serious anxiety when late on payments, not this company I was panicking after two failed attempts on a recent payment, and I guess they could hear my anguish in my voice and they did the most surprising thing ever, they showed empathy and told me they will work with me and allow me some time to get the money which I aim going to pay. They spoke to me about my options and just made me feel hopeful and relieved. I say they a lot and that’s because I spoke to more then one ( missed 2nd attempt) so it was mot just one time that I got treated kindly from one agent who showed compassion but all of them . I have yet to speak to a rude agent. I am not a fake bot. But I do wanna say thank you to this company, I wish more were like this , I guarantee no one would ever go to collection of they were treated kinder. I let one credit card go into collection because they were nasty and tried bullying me and scolded at me so I’ll deal with my losses they will see
A penny from me again. Bridgecrest will get paid no matter what. I just wanted someone to see a real review that isn’t negative .

Buggy and unusable

The app worked fine the first week I had it. Opened the app to check on my payment and it keeps telling me the app isn’t up to date. Constantly sends me to App Store to update it yet it says the last update was over a month ago and there no option to update it. Even deleting the app and then renewing it doesn’t work. How am I supposed to pay Bridgecrest their money if their software won’t even work. Looking at other reviews for this also doesn’t make my confidence for this issue resolve. What’s the point in having an app to allow easy payments and use for the company if the app doesn’t even work (which as I’ve been reading other reviews I’m not the only one who’s has similar issues or otherwise). If I wanted to call over the phone to make payments and check my balances or go to a physical location, then I wouldn’t have downloaded the app. Either fix the app so it works without issue or delete it and don’t offer it. At least that way I’d know not expect difficulty with this company or not.
