Description
The Eaton Remote Monitoring app, part of the Brightlayer software suites, monitors select Eaton network-connected uninterruptible power supplies (UPSs) and related components. The app notifies you via alarms and events (email and SMS) when the status of a monitored UPS changes to enable the continuous operation of your power infrastructure.
Through NFC and QR code technology, the process of onboarding and configuring your UPSs via the app is streamlined which enables time-saving and a reduction in manual steps.
The Remote Monitoring app can scale to meet your needs—whether you have hundreds to thousands of UPSs installed across tens to hundreds of locations. With our app, you can centrally manage your Eaton UPSs from anywhere, even if you’re not an IT expert.

The app needs a refresh, it doesn’t seem like notifications work, either push, text or email.

What is going on with this app? 4 years old? No way to login with the email address and password? Eaton/Tripp Lite need to get serious.
