Error

I entered my phone number , however I received an error message that said my account could not be found

Doesn’t seem to work

Either the app and website both don’t work, or their servers are extremely slow. I’ve tried the website on a computer. I’ve tried the website on my phone (on and off WiFi, along with on and off of a VPN). The browser just times out since it doesn’t receive a signal from the servers. I’ve tried the app but it doesn’t get past the spinning circle that indicates loading. Pest control services from Bulwark are much better than the app, so don’t let this be the barrier that keeps customers away!

Horrible and unstable

I just want to pay my bill on my laptop with my bills bookmarks folder. I don’t want or need an app but since they’ve launched this it has caused a system crash, a poor recovery, “late” bill notices from time when I had no access to the system due to outage, and I was forced to download this app because the web portal still declines all my payment attempts. Incredibly frustrated with the payment systems after already being frustrated with quality of service from this company.
