The BITE network towers do no reach my location. Lucky the technicians were very rapid with responding to my request for assistance. The customer service is far superior to Holafly. Bite signal works in Riga but not here in Adazu. I was able to use 85mb of service do to my location. I will give this service another try when I travel to another country

Bought an eSIM for Japan and chose the 1GB per day plan. It worked well for the first 2-3 days and then abruptly stopped working. When I checked the app I still had data left for that day so I reached out to customer service to see if they could tell me what was wrong. They were rude and difficult to deal with. They basically told me that the remaining data displayed in their app was not accurate and I must have somehow already hit my 1GB for the day (I definitely hadn’t; I had only briefly used maps earlier that day). Went back and forth with them for about 2 hours before requesting a refund. Save yourself the frustration and choose a better eSIM provider

Beware you shouldn't buy from these guys if you prefer planning in advance. I bought mine for a trip 3 months from today. Only to find out after the fact that the eSIM expires in 2 months after purchase. Nowhere is this stated on the product page or the order confirmation email. Nor does support offer any potential resolution like re-issuing another eSIM, as the FAQ seems to suggest. Patently false advertising. Buyer beware!!(EDIT: App Store response from ByteSIM was a complete nothingburger. An empty useless response costumed in fake politeness. I guess that's better than their customer support - which was flat out rude, and, most importantly, just as unhelpful. )

Those three titles sum up this app. I have used it three consecutive years for travel and have had no issues. I am actually using it to type this review right now while I am out of country. You won’t require a physical sim or to leave your home and the activation is simple once you follow the instructions. Best of all they have a GREAT support team that will assist you in the event of any glitches.
