I have been a member for years and I am truly impressed with the services that has been provided; fraud protection, car loan, signature loan and credit card. I have never been denied anything from CAFCU. The customer service team is not just polite but do a diligent job at handling issues, from my experiences. For whatever reason, the Touch ID just stops working and you have to log in with your password. Which would be fine if it happened once in a great while, and if you could remember your password, and they were open on the weekend so you could call and reset your password. I have the Patelco app and I never have problems with it.
Also, once Touch ID is set up it should ask for your Touch ID, rather than making you push the Touch ID button before you can use it. Touch ID is to make it easy, so you should make it easy.
I’ve been a member with cafcu for over a decade and I love everything about them but this app needs an update. Not much has been updated or changed even in design in over a year. I’m sure there’s new features they could provide their members.
