I’ve been a member with cafcu for over a decade and I love everything about them but this app needs an update. Not much has been updated or changed even in design in over a year. I’m sure there’s new features they could provide their members.
New app is horrible. Looking for another credit union
I used the mobile app daily. I was able to see account info at a glance. I was able to login with a passcode and it was quick and functional. I could switch quickly and easily between all of my accounts. Now the login process is time consuming. If you don’t remember your member number for each acct (I have 5), you literally will need to stop to get it and type that info in.
This update has seriously caused me to start searching for a new credit union to do business with.
Worst app ever
For those of us who do not have time to sit down at a computer, login and and do our banking, apparently we need to find the time because this app is crap. It takes forever to load. You can’t scroll thru your entire bank statement. It somehow now is unable to read the signature on a check for DeposZip that I have mobile deposited countless number of times. I could go on. CAFCU you all need to do something with this ASAP. This is 2019 not 1919.
