Location integration ensures that inspection could be time scheduled depending on the inspector's location. There is an inbuilt ability to capture pictures to support the rating. Multiple item inspection feature provides an efficient simultaneous inspection. Floor plans can be uploaded to assist inspectors in navigation within a building.
Integrated user management system makes the administration process easy for organisations with a large number of buildings.
The information collected can directly be linked to the lifecycle predictive modelling tool CAMS to calculate building lifecycle cost.
