Finally, an authentic person!

I love that she’s sweating and taking breaks along with us, and the workouts are realistic to the over 40 crowd. I’m doing the Meno-fit challenge right now and I appreciate that it’s not overwhelming to my system. The app is very generous with information and guidance, and has a lot of workout options to fit my mood & energy for the day. I struggle with my body adapting to my mid-forties and I feel like this will be a huge help to stay strong and healthy. Also-the equipment is simple and I was able to use what I already had.

So far really great !!

The short work outs are doable. I have a hard time committing so a 10-15 min goal is doable . The workouts are also well taught and easy to follow and easy to do while also giving you a workout . . Anle to achieve goals which makes it less intimidating . Ive never been super active . I still have lots of energy at 58 but I recently noticed more muscle loss and along with that it’s been harder to get up ..I’m stiff and sore ! I don’t want to be like that so I am going to stick with it . It’s attainable with her structure and workouts ! I also like the mindfulness of notating what you do daily . Helpful ! Thanks Cara ‘

New to Cara

I joined Cara Fitness, 1 January, so far, so good, one thing I really enjoy about. It is the five minute workout, I usually end up doing several of them at a time, but, if I am short on time, it’s nice to know that I can do something quick. being in the “mature group“, I have found these exercises to be just what I need, I like the feeling of knowing I did something, I like to think of myself already as in fairly good shape, but sometimes after my workout, my body tells me otherwise. really enjoying everything so far.
