His loving wife ,

Disappointed to thrilled!

Update #II: I have been able to use the Card Valet without any difficulties since my last post. A few times my transactions were "denied". Not the apps fault, I had limits set on the app (such as $100 limit on purchases). Each time this has happened I was able to "fix" it in minutes. Just love the app & it gives me a little more security. DON'T hesitate to download & use it-fantastic app! Just wish I could add my two other cards, but they are from other banks.

Update: ok, maybe a gluten for punishment, I down loaded the app again. Thus far it is working like a gem. Very satisfied! Now, just hope it continues to work! I don't mind that I have to login in each time I want to use it, better than someone using my finger to log in if I were to pass out or unconscious for some reason. Really doesn't matter to me. Fingers crossed it continues to work as expected!

I was thrilled to download it & set it up w limits, balance alerts, etc. It worked great the first 3 days. On the 4th day, my day to run errands & get groceries, I went to login & it would not allow me. I tried several times throughout the day to login & it still was unable too. Thank goodness I had checks w me. I tried again today to login, no luck. And, YES, I had the correct user name & password. I finally removed it from my phone. I may, or may not, attempt to use it again. Great theory, however, not worth it if one is unable to access it. Very disappointed!

Beekeeperdee ,

Awesome app!

This app has helped me help my elderly father who has someone use his debit card for him. As p.o.a. for my dad, I’m doing the best I can to take care of his bills and finances for him from 1,000 miles away and this app helps me monitor how his helper uses my dad’s card and not allow that person to take advantage of him. It would really be even more helpful if the alerts would let me know not only when, where, and how much, but also WHAT items were purchased to make sure this person isn’t purchasing items like cigarettes or beer for themselves at my dad’s expense. Those would be items I know for sure my dad would never buy. Or maybe make those types of items disabled for the card? That would be great.
One problem I’ve had with this app is that 3 times now it had not recognized my password or fingerprint to sign in and I had to call the bank to help me with starting the process from the beginning with new password again. Frustrating! This happened about every month. Since this new update, I haven’t had any issues YET, but it hasn’t been a month so I’m hoping I don’t have further issues. Over all a good app.

Painfully slow and clunky.

Update: Like most, I got the default response back from Fiserv. Send us more info, even though this is not am account or even bank issue. They own the system, so this is just a way to show they are responding, yet nothing ever changes. Fiserv, you outsourced the bulk of your operations and it shows. You clearly don’t look at your app enough to know how bad it really is, compared to others. Test your stuff. That is part of development.

Yes, this app works, but frankly, for the size and abilities of Fiserv, this is frustratingly slow, even on the absolute simplest of functions, and does not give any indication of transactions that have the recurring ability that somehow bypass any and all controls. I see why our bank is looking for alternatives. Just look at the reviews from the past year. They have gone from 4 and 5 star reviews to 1-2 stars. This is the same experience that banks and credit unions are having with Fiserv, too. At some point, this is going to hit critical mass and Fiserv will act like they didn’t see it coming. Well, the writing is on the review wall, Fiserv. Put some energy and resources behind this and your bank/credit unions and their customer relationships. ..1 releases with generic release notes are not going to cut it. You want to be the tech centerpiece for banking, then start acting like it.
