Was better before all the updates

I downloaded this the app, when it was simpler. I just clicked either front door or vestibule. Ever since I updated I automatically get calls meant to go to my apt to my phone and when I go to my front door to open, the app takes forever to load. It’s a big hassle to get into the building. Not sure what all the recent updates were meant for, seems like it’s trying to do more than it’s capable and in turn becoming a nuisance.

I really like that my building has this service

I recently moved to a building that has Carson virtual doorman. I looked it up because I was used to having traditional doormen in the building. I saw how badly it was reviewed and was really worried I signed a lease with this service, as I get lots of packages and need someone to take in the packages when Im away. I've been getting lots of packages and I haven't had one missed because of Carson. I would say it's very reliable and I am grateful for Carson. My building also provided a keycode and a physical key for back up- which I saw some reviewers say they are locked out of their building because of Carson, but I don't see that happening to me with these back ups. As for now I'm really happy with this service and app

Landlords & Bldg Management DO NOT CONSIDER THIS SERVICE!

Beware to any Landlords and Building Management Teams that are considering an automated system service application for their buildings. Carson is one of the slowest, faulty, and worst services you could offer to your residents. For example, most of the services, such as building exterior door entry unlocking / automation for guests don’t work 98% of the time. Or if they do, that specific service will likely malfunction and be rendered useless in no time. The application overall is very clunky and slow. My advice is to find a service better than this that will provide smoother, accessible, updated, and better solutions as a concierge building application system. Carson is none of those, unless frustrating all of your residents is your end goal.
