Way to go!!

Since I’ve had the Casey’s app, it’s truly been rewarding, no pun intended. Also, the particular Casey's I go to is located in, Bicknell, IN. So far, every employee has been friendly, helpful, well with customer service, and have done everything they could to answer my questions and satisfy my needs as a customer. The manager is also very kind and she does work to help her employees out. That’s something rare anymore. So, I’m basically giving a shoutout and saying big kudos to Casey’s!! Thanks so much for all you’ve done and I know will continue to do. It’s been a pleasure being a customer and the bonus app added to my happiness, is icing on the cake!!

App doesn’t recognize address for new orders

When I enter my address manually to place a new order, the app tells me there is no store that delivers to this address. So, I have called my orders in & they have been delivered to that same address without issue of location (I am in town by the way).
If I want to order from the app, I am able to select “reorder” from any number of previous orders, with no issues with my address, as it is saved under previous orders. However, if I want to change my order up & have something different, I have to select a reorder, order the old item(s), then order the new item(s) I want, & then delete the reordered item(s) I actually don’t want to reorder. What is up with this???
I am also able to use a certain card to pay when in store but not over the phone or online with that particular card. (To be fair, this MAY be on the financial institution’s end too. I am unsure but, have been told others have had the same issue. I just use a different card & have not looked further into that issue) I have heard that others complain of the same issue too though, just FYI.
Other than these minor, more annoying than upsetting issues, the app is just fine.

As an ex employee I had “bought” into this concept. After 9 months of working with them as a store manager I decided to move on. They are a bunch of liars. They over work and take advantage of their management teams at the store level. I don’t know why this application gets such good reviews right now. I had saved up over 7000 points with them. When I went to get my discount on fuel “1.54” per gallon off up to 20! Ha, yeah right. Put my number in at the pump, points went away, so I went in to see what the deal was; they told me I would have to call the support center. Called the support center, they told me I would have to have a receipt. The receipt I received didn’t show any of the points. They were just gone! I’m telling you they are a scam. They treat their employees like &$@!
They claim they are the 5th largest pizza chain the in the US. “Info I was told at my interview” Where is that proof? I can’t find it anywhere. They have a turnover of about 2 months. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Sounds good up front, just a headache full of more lies at the end. Ask an employee if they “really” like their job...
