CC’s Coffee House 4+

my order is annoyingly specific (iced coffee + two shots + oat milk) which is not something i can curate via app. this option would help a TON bc i work in the quarter around the block from a cc’s and would love to be able to put the order in ahead of time and pick it up without worrying about running the clock. if the cc’s gods see this, please update this app to add this feature! 🙏☕️✨

I'm a huge fan of CC's Coffee House, especially their rich and flavorful mochasippi!Nothing compares at all. However, the updated app still needs improvement. While it's better, it's not as user-friendly as the Starbucks' app, and the reward system could be more rewarding. I'd love to see CC's expand their menu with fresher options like egg bites, fruit cups, and chicken salad boxes - it would definitely draw in more customers not that I think they’re doing bad but I just think it would help and give an advantage. Over all the app is still convenient. I was able to place an order today and once I got there everything was fresh and tasted incredible.

So I was ordering a small iced white mocha, and when I selected the item and had to go through the options to be able to put the item into my cart, one of the selection said add flavor this was confusing because the title of the item I selected said white mocha but here it’s asking which flavor would you like added? This would be less confusing if it was retiled in the selections to say add extra flavor. At this point, I don’t really know what kind of coffee I’m going to get when I get to the store because I didn’t select a flavor because the title of the item had a flavor in it
