Prefer the old app

Like everyone has said, the timer is always wrong and the percentage keeps going at times even though it’s supposed to be stabilized. Those are the main things I want to see when using the device but I can’t! For me the white background is horrible. One of the usual reasons I get migraines is bright lights, the old app had a darker blue background but this one is bright white which makes it hard for me to look at.

It’s too hard to see
Why do I have to put in my device pin Every time I connect via Bluetooth ( none of my other Bluetooth things do that, they automatically pair after 1st time). The screen jumps around when I try to scroll, and Trying to use it preventatively daily, I have to go through six steps, push the little tiny preventative versus acute button. Dot to get it to run that program, which doesn’t always open up. It would be really nice if the app opened right to either two big buttons preventative or acute and then it ran. I don’t know why it opens up to the log. The log should be a pull down menu somewhere else and when I try to click on the log, it always jumps back to acute versus preventative, so many glitches and very hard to see when you got a migraine. The last thing you wanna do is be looking at that screen and trying to find something really tiny.

Full of bugs! Does not work

The app is completely uncontrollable due to bugs. When navigating the app, It takes several taps on the buttons at bottom I.e. home button to take me to home, when tapping the CEFALY logo at the bottom middle takes me to a screen where the “clock” appears in a very unrecognizable format the countdown started at 3 minutes the finished, I left the screen back to home and again to the clock screen now at 15 minutes count down, it is a mess!! This app is worst than the previous one… also, when tapping the profile button it has two selection profile and overview when tapping several times overview simply blinks sms goes back to profile!!!

This app is importante to me in order to Leto track of my migraines and treatment but I can’t do that since it does not work!!
