You’re supposed to apparently love the guarantees the screen an app provide you. Thing is they depend on user error and make it extremely difficult to actually warranty and verify your purchase. In the hopes you give up or get discouraged, then they ultimately win and you’ve just waisted $$$$ for their product.

I bought their product and since I didn’t have a SIM card in my phone and lived in the country I just used my phone for music when I was on my tractor. I contacted the company and explained my situation. They said in the fine print that if there was any issues to email them and they would help complete the registration. My iPhone was not on the list of devices on their app so I had no choice but to. When I did get a reply from them they told me it was too bad I didn’t follow the instructions explicitly and that they were happy to inform me they couldn’t help me. Very asinine and disgustingly rude. I was very upset. Worst company I’ve ever DEALT WITH!!

There is about 12 steps to the registration process. I get to about the 10th step in the process where they ask for a picture to be taken of the phone in a mirror. The problem is that the process stops there and does not proceed. (What happened then) The screen had my name at top with a “take photo” spot to select at the bottom of the screen. You would select the “Take photo” AND it would show that the spot as being selected, yet it would do NOTHING. The camera is fully functional ( I took a picture of my receipt earlier in a step earlier). I even took a picture in the mirror with the swipe option to co to camera, hoping that the picture that I took would transfer to that step that was stuck in the registration process, to no avail. The registration process needs to be streamlined AND fully functional and operating effectively to complete the process.

Long and short I made an error on registering my phone. Apparently I took a picture of myself and not of the phone. I didn’t know I did this until I filed a claim and paid $200 for my cracked screen. I thought I was registered properly because I never received anything that said any different. As mentioned I made my claim, and they said they wouldn’t pay me back because I did the registration wrong and they wouldn’t know I did it wrong until the claim process. I wasn’t able to speak with someone over the phone only via chat. Ashley from customer service made me feel as if I was incapable and did not budge on any assistance. My family has 7 Cell Helmets and to think that they wouldn’t budge to pay for one when they have close to $500 of our money. Stand behind your product.
