Access all the features of Online Banking, plus tools specific to the app such as mobile check deposit and debit card controls. To get started, you first need to be enrolled in Online Banking.

Great Bank, Terrible Application

While I love the bank, I feel the application is poorly executed. Continue to have to either uninstall the app and reinstall it just to login. Then there is the issue to where it continues to have my enter in a OTP (One Time Passcode) even on my own devices, to where it will sign me in but in a split second it boots me out. I work within the IT field and I get that at times technology can be very finicky, however I see that this issue has been present for well over 5 years and still not patched. This would not be acceptable within my department. Again I love the bank, just think they need to get some new engineers to take a look at this bug.

Used to work. Not anymore.

Haven’t been able to use the app since I got the iPhone X. I log in, answer security questions, enter my phone number, and get a “Device ID not found” message. Hasn’t worked for months.
