Up until now, our CIG Mobile App has been limited to only personal auto policyholders. After months of hard work, we are pleased to announce that the app is now available for all personal lines policyholders (homeowners, renters, and more)!
CIG personal lines policyholders are now able to:
• View their policy details
• View account balance and make a payment
• Set up automatic payments or update existing settings
• Start their claims process
• Contact their agent
• Register and create their online profile directly in the app
- Allow claim incident date to be up to 3 years in the past
- Various user experience enhancements

For the longest time I’ve been wanting to pay my bill. It seems like you’ve been updating more lately, which is not something I could say before. This app was pretty much dead for years. Thank god it seems like they have some people working on it.
I can finally enroll in automatic payments with a credit card!!!!! Now about my homeowners policy....... soon??

Seems brand new
Finally logged back in after years of having the app and was surprised it was completely different! Not only does it look much nicer now, I can make payments too. This makes having the app much more practical now.
Love Auto Pay
I recently updated my app and noticed that there is a new Automatic Payment feature! I was able to set up payments with my credit card so I don’t have to think about making a payment every month. LOVE IT
