Cinch Health RPM is the improved way to track health metrics for patients, including movement, heart rate, oxygen levels, blood pressure, pedometers, and more. Cinch Health RPM harnesses the power of technology to make patient-provider communication as simple as possible. Effectively communicate, share metrics and data, track and monitor health information, and more.
As a provider and patient relationship tool, Cinch Health RPM allows patients to complete healthcare forms, monitor their health plan, and communicate with medical practices that use Cinch Health. Providers can use Remote Patient Monitoring tools to review their prescribed RPM markers, interact with patients, and send required forms and reminders.
This streamlined approach enhances communication between patients and providers while improving outcomes.
Cinch Health RPM App connects to Health app using Apple's HealthKit to fetch the vitals data so the provider can interact with the patient using the latest vitals information. This app reads data and does not write any data to Health app.
