Description
The CitiBike program is Miami's bike sharing and rental system. The CitiBike program is intended to provide locals and visitors with an additional transportation option for getting around the city. Bike sharing is fun, efficient and convenient.
The solar-powered bike sharing system consists of a fleet of specially designed, sturdy, very durable bikes that are locked into a network of docking stations sited at regular intervals around a city.
With a thousand bikes at a hundred stations and more on the way downtown, bikes are available to use 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Lots of issues
Gave 2 stars cause it’s an easy way to get around and decently priced. Lost 3 stars cause the UX and ui are terrible. Poorly thought out experience. Also sometimes tells me I didn’t check my bike back in even when I did. There’s so many small tweaks that could be done that would greatly improve the user experience
Much better than the scores
At the point of this writing, the overall score for this app is 1.8. This is completely at odds with my personal experience of the app, which is rudimentary in design, but worked perfectly fine. Miami’s South Beach area in particular is great for cycling and I want to encourage people to try it out.
Fantastic
I don’t know why the reviews are so low, this app worked perfectly for me. I was able to rent a bike with no problem! It takes a second to update your location, but if you click on the person icon at the bottom left then it refreshes.
