Description
Use the ClimateResponse® app to participate in California’s Power Saver Rewards (PSR) Program. Get notified when demand on the electric grid is high on select summer days and get rewarded for reducing your energy use. After installing the app, complete the sign up steps to start earning incentives for participating in Power Saver Rewards events by reducing your energy use.

Doesn’t work
App doesn’t do anything. Nothing happens when I click on “Get Started“.

Thank you for raising this issue. Please update the app to the latest version which includes a fix for the issue you were experiencing.
Worthless. Awful developer support
The app constantly shows errors and displays no data. Clicking support say phone or email the developer, but that information is not listed anywhere in the app, and so far, I cannot find a source. Very helpful-NOT. Other complaints here are told to update the app. It’s at the latest version and I have seen no updates.
If this was not associated with our power company, I would list this app and developer as a scam.
If I’m supposed to get “rewards”, I have seen zero in almost a year.
Worthless
This app is worthless. It worked when I first installed and enrolled. I had to change my email password and ever since have the apps just opens to. Blank page and never shows any data. I tried using my old email address and of course the app replies that it is an invalid email.
I tried reaching out to my utility company and the said it was not their issue to resolve.
I also have never been able to find any means from Olivine in which to resolve this problem.
