For events that work with Close, you can provide your phone number when purchasing. This gives you access to the event and your digital tickets in the app. Even if you are without internet, you have your ticket(s) at hand.

Sorry to hear that. May I ask how you came across our app and what you were expecting from it? It could be that someone miscommunicated to use our app, as we do not have any events live in the USA for now.
If you were wondering, currently we are the most successful communications app to safely (especially in the COVID-19 pandemic) allow attending events in Europe. Tickets, COVID-19 instructions and event information, all in one app. We are a very small team, and therefore even more proud that we pulled this off during the pandemic. Since your review we are sitting in the corner crying. 🥲
