The biggest problem I have with this app is it don’t always remember me and my loggin info and this happens at the worst times like when I’m in a hurry out driving.
Problem and more problems with depositing checks

The bank is only open while im working so in order to deposit my check i do it through the app unless i go to the bank on Saturday morning. The online check deposit is so frustrating. No matter how clear the picture is it wont register it. Ive almost NEVER NOT had problems when depositing online. I cant access money because of your broken banking app. Please fix i will update this when it is fixed.

I get locked completely out of my account ATLEAST once a month. The old app was better as I never got randomly locked out. I have to contact customer service way too often. I have the correct user and password and it still says it’s unrecognized. I’m about to pull all my money from this bank and switch to a different one that’s how annoying this app is.

The biometrics are consistently not working for this app. I also find the abilities to complete certain forms of transactions and interactions with my institution lacking in this app in comparison with other financial institution apps I have used in the past.
