CNC Toolkit is a control panel for the hobby and small-shop CNC router. Load a bit from your rack, read the setup like a DRO, and get on with the cut.
It doesn't guess your chipload. You enter the numbers from your bit maker's chart once, per bit and per material, and every tool uses them.
CUTTING
• Feeds & speeds: RPM, feed rate and surface speed, either way round, inch or metric
• Chipload check: your feed and RPM against the range you saved for that bit
• Chip thinning: the feed for light side cuts, with an engagement diagram
• Stepover & stepdown, and ball-nose scallop height both ways
V-CARVING
• V-bit depth and width for any angle, flat tip or sharp
• V-carve inlay: where the plug seats, the glue gap and the board gap, drawn to scale
PLANNING
• Surfacing time and passes for spoilboards and slabs
• Job time from your CAM's path lengths, plunges, rapids and tool changes
• Sheet yield: parts per sheet and sheets per job, with the bit's width between parts
• Full-size printable templates: spoilboard hole grid, V-bit angle gauge, test-cut sheet
SHOP RECORDS
• My Bits: diameter, flutes, angle, max RPM and your chipload ranges

Results are calculations from the numbers you enter, not cutting recommendations. Check them against your bit maker's data and make a test cut. Never run a bit above its rated speed.
