Our first mode introduces you to Box Breathing, a structured technique used to slow your heart rate and balance your nervous system. A glowing square guides your breath through four equal parts: a 4-second inhale, a 4-second hold, a 4-second exhale, and a final 4-second hold. The box's color changes in sync with each phase, helping you build discipline and control.
Mountain Breathing: Find Your Flow
After mastering control, transition to a more fluid rhythm with Mountain Breathing. A single mountain shape provides your visual cue: inhale for 4 seconds as the mountain fills with color from the base to the peak, then exhale for 4 seconds as it stays filled and the color gradually darkens. This meditative rhythm helps you relax, stay present, and enter a state of flow.
