How it Works: Notstagram opens to a familiar feed-style screen – except nothing updates. The challenge is simple: resist the urge to scroll. The longer you stay and do nothing, the more you “win” at the game of not scrolling. It’s a tongue-in-cheek digital detox that helps break the habit loop of constant refreshing.
