I Recently made a deposit of $1200 on my coinbase account from my chime bank card and the money was debited on my chime. It came in on my coinbase and I bought bitcoin worth of $1200 but suddenly the bitcoin of $1200 was debited and it was termed as All time return which is strange and I couldn’t access the bitcoin anymore. So I reached to the customer center and I spoke to few them. The first one told me the bitcoin was debited because the $1200 I paid from my chime didn’t come through but they had to credit my coinbase account in good faith that the money will come in, but the money wasn’t received so they had to debit the bitcoin. Yes that’s what the customer center told me and he asked me to send the receipt of the debited payment on my chime which I download my statement and sent them the receipt but this time another agent answered and told me the money came in but I bought bitcoin when the money was still on hold so I have to pay additional $104 to get the money out mind you I’ve paid $108 and another $211 randomly when I was trying to get this money out before getting through to the customer center and now those agent couldn’t even locate those funds I deposited and I’m been asked to deposit another $104. Coinbase is a scam guys, don’t download the app because yoh are gonna deposit your money and you will be scammed of your bitcoin. That’s enough for now and until this is resolved, I’m gonna make sure I put a review whenever I come across this app or website.

Talked to yet another customer service agent for almost 2 hours, and was told to lodge a complaint with them. I said “okay no problem”. Come to find out it can take up to 45 EFF’ING DAYS just for them to review it! So in summation lol, the app is good when it comes to buying and selling crypto but don’t expect them to make good on their promotions. Unless of course you spin and win $3 worth instead.
