App doesn’t find a driver
Scheduled a pickup via the app. Waited a few minutes then called. The driver said nothing was scheduled. App obviously doesn’t work. Just call the number. Rating is a reflection on the app, not the company. College cabs is great, app is worthless.
Never there when you need em
Tried this app/service 5 times in my life and you can never count on it. Get Lyft and safe yourself the trouble
