My wife set up an appointment for my whole family. She start calling the doctor and went smooth. My children was ok as well.
On my part, she invited me to the call but app don’t allow to add since I was not her dependent (it’s my insurance though).
So I had to install the app. But in order to complete installation I had to consent their conditions and privacy access.
I tried many times but both pages were basically blank. No error message or clock mark for caching. Without it I couldn’t finish and join the call.
My internet was working fine and other applications were fine, just these pages were blank. So I had to ok to get “continue”. Btw, When you connect with a doctor, consent form comes up anyway. That time it worked. I think it is either bug or the pages are blank. Very important page to review...
A few other bugs I see too and reattempt a few times to have a successful connection.

Can I rate this 100 stars?
My daughter woke up from an extended nap at 8 pm with swollen eyes and some discharge. Combined with a fever, I was worried enough to ask online what urgent care folks recommended for a 4 year old. The overwhelming response was PM Pediatrics.
Impressed doesn’t even cover my experience with PM Pediatrics. I created my online profile and within 10 minutes had a teleconference appointment that allowed my daughter to get a diagnosis AND a prescription for eye drops submitted to our local pharmacy. I was even given helpful tips on how to comfort her (some vaseline on her lashes to stop them sticking, run a humidifier, etc.) and detailed instructions on how to best get a 4 year old to allow me to put drops in her eyes.
Folks, seriously, stop what you’re doing and download their app and create your profiles for your kiddos. This place is amazing. Can not recommend enough.
It’s required to have a video pre-eval prior to coming into the office for any covid or antibody testing. Makes complete sense. Except for the fact that both my husband and I waited hours for someone to come on on two separate occasions - no one did - and when we called the first time to find out why, we were informed we weren’t even in the queue and had to go back on and wait again (which took another substantial amount of time). The second time, same thing happened, but when we called, the operator said it had to go through the app and if it wasn’t working nothing he could do. It’s now been over 4 hours and my husband was logged out by the app and I’m still waiting. I’ve tried calling multiple times but no one even picks up now. What good is it as an emergency pediatric location when you can’t even have your child treated? This app is useless and has me actually in tears I can’t get proper treatment or testing for my toddler during a pandemic.

All patients over age 26 who are seeking COVID-19 testing are required to complete their patient assessment via our telemedicine service, PM Pediatrics Anywhere, prior to testing.
