Community Engagement 4+

A very useful application that I use daily to keep informed about all manner of activities and events at Claridge Court. While appreciating the scope and extent of the information that is available on CareMerge, the information is not totally current at all times. Having remarked that information may from time to time not be totally current, I also acknowledge and appreciate the time and effort that is required to keep all of the information current. I think that Ashley and others who enter the data do an exceptionally good job, and I very much value and appreciate their good efforts.

Has a lot of useful features. Will take time to find how to access them all. Being a committee chair the group features should save lots of time reminding members of meetings and commitments. Calendar reminders for the next several days on a rotating basis would be nice. So far I have not been able to access the monthly display. More data is needed which I’m sure will come.

Quote of the Day needs a more readable friendly font, hard to read. 970 slides cannot scroll or pause giving time to fully read or jot down information, or go back. Dining needs to put Holiday information under Dining section as well as in the 970 section, which you cannot scroll through to read the dining information. Hospital list is not available on 970 or under Pastoral Care section. Residents that don’t have an iPad, computer or cellphone can only get information via 970 on TV
