Got rid of the best feature
They got rid of one of the most useful features, which was being able to see everyone that lived in the common properties and their profiles. Bring back the old app, or at least this feature.
The support screen doesn’t works

I don’t want to go to events with my neighbors, and I’m uncomfortable with them being able to look me up on here. It’s crazy that you can’t delete your account, and whoever thought this up should be canned.
Know what I want from an app made by the company that manages my apartment? I want to be able to pay my rent and bills, see past payments, open maintenance tickets, see past tickets, and review my leasing documents.
Know how many of those features this app offers?
Zero. There are zero useful functions on this app, just a creepy invasion of my privacy.
