Every morning, CoreAnalytics reads your overnight HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, and activity data from Apple Health and calculates a personalised recovery percentage. Green means go. Amber means ease up. You stop guessing and start training with purpose. YOUR DAILY RECOVERY SCORE Wake up to a single number that summarises your physiological readiness. The recovery score weighs your HRV trend, resting heart rate, sleep quality, and recent training load to give you an honest picture of where your body is at — not where you want it to be. HRV TRACKING Heart Rate Variability is the most reliable non-invasive marker of nervous system recovery. CoreAnalytics tracks your HRV daily, surfaces your personal baseline, and shows you how each night's sleep, training session, or stressful day moves the needle. Know your numbers, understand your patterns. INSIGHTS THAT ACT LIKE A COACH CoreAnalytics generates contextual daily insights — Peak Performance Window, Training Recommendation, Recovery Guidance, and HRV Status — based on your actual data. When three consecutive days of high recovery align, it tells you your body is primed for a key effort. When your HRV drops and resting HR climbs, it tells you to back off before you dig a hole. TRENDS OVER TIME View your Recovery, HRV, Resting HR, Sleep, Strain, and VO2 Max across Week, Month, 3-Month, and Year windows.
