Much improved!

I must say, I’m very happy with the updated app.

Original review: For whatever reason, the Touch ID just stops working and you have to log in with your password. Which would be fine if it happened once in a great while, and if you could remember your password, and they were open on the weekend so you could call and reset your password. I have the Patelco app and I never have problems with it.

Also, once Touch ID is set up it should ask for your Touch ID, rather than making you push the Touch ID button before you can use it. Touch ID is to make it easy, so you should make it easy.


Biometric access is terrible

It seems like every time I try to logon my biometric access does not work. Today it even asked me for three new security questions which I’ve already done several times, but all these questions were new questions. Too difficult to get access into the app. Very frustrating. Maybe you should consider the two step verification method.



I have been a member for years and I am truly impressed with the services that has been provided; fraud protection, car loan, signature loan and credit card. I have never been denied anything from CAFCU. The customer service team is not just polite but do a diligent job at handling issues, from my experiences. I am really glad that I made the choice years ago to have my banking needs done by CAFCU. Thanks.
