We’ve loaded our app with tons of curated travel ideas culled right from our resident hotel staff, so you can eat, shop and be entertained in your city without missing a beat (or a must-see attraction). You can even book a TripAdvisor tour or open Uber right from our app—just click on one of our handpicked destinations and the address fills in automatically. Because when you finally have some down time, the last thing you want to do is waste time.
Check-in will be available via mobile phone app independent of where the reservation was made. Digital key is available on your mobile phone when you check in through our app enabling the guest to proceed directly to their room.

Clunky and waste of time
The concepts in this app are great, if they actually worked. Shows I’m signed in (Log Out is an option) but keeps asking me to log in, producing Something Went Wrong with each attempt. I can see reservations appear most of the time but when attempting to access them, it requires entering in email address or conf #, what’s the point of having a profile and being logged in to the app, if you have to keep entering all the info the app should in theory be able to pull from your profile. Still haven’t gotten the mobile key or checkin/checkout functions to work. What a joke.
The app is a nice idea but I’ve not been able to get all of the functions to work. I can’t use my iphone as a remote and haven’t been able to use the key function.

Downloaded last week and get “connection error” message and the app freezes on opening image. Got this problem before the latest update, deleted it and upload, but still same problem.
