One of the first customers
This used to be one of my favorite games. I was one of the first people to play this game. When it first came out. When used to have to wait for a new boards to be built or new worlds. Over the time it’s changed quite a bit. I really don’t like that you can’t get potions the way you used to. And build recipes the old way. From the way you stored things up. After earning them. There’s quite a few things that I don’t like About the changes over the years. But I still play it just not very often.
Lose A Life
Update: Same complaint as before. Haven’t played in a long time, tried to pick it up again but can’t. I usually need to switch in between apps while I kill time playing a game. Most match 3’s allow this with no loss of progress, yet this game does not for whatever reason. Also, I cannot click on the level to begin playing because of the insanely cluttered UI. I have to click through whatever event to start playing my current level. This game used to be so good (years ago). It’s gone downhill.

I haven’t played in awhile, but now it forces a restart each time you swap apps, which means you lose progress and your life. Unnecessary greed by developers. Also, the pop-ups for events and spins and everything else… ugh make it stop. I just want to come here to relax and pick up a game when time allows. Now I am forced to finish a level without stopping to switch apps. Let’s be real, most people cannot do that.

Too many glitches
Whatever changes you recently made has caused glitches & games keep shutting down on me.
Also, please add an undo button or prize. Sometimes I go to make a move & the piece doesn’t go where I wanted to.
Also, I have to wait for new levels & it’s getting annoying. Please add something to search for a specific level or level range. While I wait for the new levels I go play old ones. It takes a long time to find the level I want.
